Return and Exchange Policy
Before Purchasing:
Each of our pieces are unique and no two are identical. Due to its traditionally handcrafted nature, there may be some sizing variation seen in the MRNEIO product line. While considering your purchase, please be sure to read through the product details carefully. In the details we have included sizing information related to the piece you are interested in.
Return and Store Credit Policy:
MRNEIO LLC offers only the highest quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewelry item within 21 calendar days of the delivery date at the recipient address for a full refund in the original form of payment or store credit minus the original cost of shipment.
To start your return, please send an email with your order number in the subject line to Contact@MRNEIO.com Within the email, please mention the item(s) you wish to return. One of our team members will get back to you within 1 business day. Once your return request is approved, you will automatically receive a shipping label and packaging slip via email.
A return shipping fee of $6.80 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Refunds and store credit are issued once the return package has been received and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds or store credit to be posted back to your account. Be sure to include all the items you indicated for return, including all its original packaging materials. Also include the packaging slip provided with the return label to speed the return process.
Store credit will be issued back to your MRNEIO account, and you will be able to view this information once you are logged in. Store credit has no expiration.
In the unlikely circumstance that your item is damaged in transit, MRNEIO LLC will cover the cost to return the item for a refund in the original form of payment, store credit, or exchange (see exchange policy). If you received your item damaged, please notify us via email (Contact@MRNEIO.com) within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. In your email include your order number and the item(s) that were damaged in transit. We will not cover return shipping for items indicated as damaged after 5 calendar days from the delivery date has passed.
All final sale items are non-refundable.
We will not accept requests for a refund, store credit, or exchange after 21 calendar days has passed from the delivery date.
Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of our one-of-a-kind handcrafted items, no two MRNEIO pieces are alike. At this time, we are unable to process an exchange for the exact same item that was originally purchased. However, we will exchange your item for another one of a similar price. For example, if your original purchase cost $49.99 before tax, then we can exchange your item for another priced at $49.99. To process your request for an exchange, please notify us via email (Contact@MRNEIO.com) within 21 calendar days of the delivery date. In your email include your order number, the SKU item number of the item you wish to exchange and the SKU item number of the item you wish to receive. All this information can be found at www.MRNEIO.com and by logging into your account. Requests for exchanges and indication for the items you’d like to exchange must be approved within 21 calendar days of the delivery date.
A one-time restocking/handling fee of $6.80 will be charged in order to process the exchange and cover the shipment to send the new item out. Please note that this is separate from any shipping costs associated with the original purchase.
